Our Year Three Journey thus far...
Semester 1, 2014
In Harmony Dreaming the students of Year Three have worked collaboratively to deepen their understanding of and appreciation for the unique environment found on Earth as they blossom as conscientious custodians.
Throughout Term One, the students immersed in opportunities to work in the field of geography and climatology, expanding upon their prior knowledge of continents, the equator and water distribution.
Our school’s daily sustainable practices have continued to be objectives for us, predominately our Waste Management Systems, Water Recycling and the Perma Patch, as we weave our community’s unique environmental vision and ethos into our daily lives. The students have delved into the story of The Paddock Project.
This term the students have investigated the distribution of Earth’s most vital resource and many of the facts that surround this precious resource in an effort that they too may become more conscientious water users.
